Designed for the sweeping uni-directional arc that professional and semi-professional gardeners use to maintain shrubs and hedges, this single-sided hedgetrimmer has double reciprocating blades for a smoother, faster and more effective cut. 

The HSS2660 Single-sided Petrol Hedgetrimmer has a powerful two-stroke, 25.4cc engine and a useful 600ml fuel tank for longer use without stopping to re-fuel. 

You get outstanding cutting for less weight with this hedgetrimmer; the 60cm length blades are balanced beautifully to optimise performance and comfort in use, and the blades will cope with anything up to 14mm in diameter. 

A hand guard for the forward handle protects the operator from thorns and flying detritus and a large, carefully shaped clippings collector prevents clippings flying back into the hedge and deflects them downwards to the ground so you don’t have to stop and pull them all out of your cut hedge.

Another pro-feature, and one that again enables longer working sessions with less discomfort, the exhaust fumes are taken out of the front, above the blades and away from the operator. 

 180° Rotating Handle: To enable use by both left and right handed operators and to accommodate use at different angles, sweeping both vertically and horizontally across the top of a hedge, the rear handle rotates through 180°, which is a great feature for a hedgetrimmer as reasonably priced as this one. 

Another top-end feature, a fuel primer is included to ensure reliable starting and avoid flooding the engine and the engine has a full anti-vibration system to ensure a smooth and even cut and to help reduce operator fatigue.
