We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
Pressurized cans or Aerosols are NOT ALLOWED to be shipped by Surface Mail or Airmail internationally, these items will not be sold outside the UK and orders will be automatically cancelled.

Collection is possible from our Pharmacy. If Recorded or Special Delivery or International Signed For service is not selected, we must have full co-operation from the buyer in pursuing Royal Mail for missing item claims In normal circumstances we aim to ship within one working day but please allow up to ten working days, as Royal Mail legally can take upto this time to deliver first class items. Please ensure you provide a telephone number in case there is difficulty with the transaction or delivery, we will not call you for any other reason. If the item(s) are returned back to us, we will ask you for a re-delivery charge. If the item is damaged in transit, please sign the carriers/Royal Mail's note as damaged, please look out for mishandling - crushed boxes, flattened corners, etc. We cannot be held responsible if you do not follow this. You agree to co-operate with us fully in the event of a loss/damage claim

Most items are shipped out within 3 working days, however if you buy Pharmacy Medicines classed items we may need to ask some questions discreetly before the pharmacist approves the order to be despatched, it may delay the order until we hear your response to our questions by email or phone.
If you do not receive a despatched email from us within 3 days, it is most likely that we have not received answers to the medical information the pharmacist may need to approve the sale.
Please note all items are subject to availability. We stock thousands of lines in our 15,000 square ft warehouse, however occasionally manufacturers discontinue products and have supply problems which results in us delaying sending your order. If this happens to your purchase, we will do our best to advise you straight away but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if it has been longer than 3 working days and your item has not been marked as despatched.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
PROBLEMS & RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons most products are non-returnable. If the item is faulty on arrival, please advise us within 3 days of receipt. We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient. When returning items to us, please ensure they are well packed. Items returned to us at your cost, unless otherwise agreed by us. Product will only be exchanged if returned in original packaging, sealed and unused condition and if found faulty. We do not give refunds. If a product is returned and no fault is found, the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping ? Postage will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed. After the first 3 days, the manufacturers warranty applies (if applicable), please contact the manufacturer directly. Please read the manufacturers instructions, if a reaction to the product occurs, discontinue use and please consult your healthcare professional (Doctor) immediately.
