If you need to return any purchase as a result of your incorrectly purchasing an item, we reserve the right to levy a 25% restocking fee, and all delivery charges are non-refundable. All software is sealed and new. Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, opened software is excluded from the returns process, as the product key has been exposed. The same applies to OEM Software where the product key is either visible, or no product key is required. Faulty Software may, however, be exchanged, although we will initially request customers to contact the manufacturer for confirmation of a faulty product before return.
