Payment Time frame:
Payment is due within 4 days of the item being purchased. If payment is not received within 4 days eBay will automatically open a non payment claim. Please note that the buyer has the right to return items to us within the 7 days cooling off period covered by the distance selling regulations, however this is only possible if the item is unused and still in its original packaging, once the item has been used then the item is deemed as been accepted and this right of return within 7 days is no longer valid.

All computer systems are sold with a Full Dell Manufacturer warranty, if any problem arises with these systems during the warranty period we recommend contacting Dell direct on 0844 338 1000 quoting the service tag number which is marked on a label on your machine, we are only a re-seller and can only accept returns if your machine if found to be faulty upon delivery, (or the system is un-used and you change your mind within 7 days of reciept, this does not apply in business to business transactions)

As a business we are happy to give email advice on any problems to our customers but where we can not solve a problem with advice the problem must be dealt with under warranty by the manufaturer (This applies to all purchases which are outside the 7 day colling off period covered by the Distance Selling Regluations).

Please also note that the distance selling regulations do not apply in a business to business transaction, therefore purchases made from us by a business can only be returned under the 7 right of cancellation where there is a discrepancy in the product description and the item we have sold is not as described or the item is faulty upon delivery, the 7 day right to cancel is otherwise not valid for business customers...
