Set Enid Blyton Playing Cards, Famous 5, Secret 7, Noddy, Faraway Tree, Find Out

You are looking at a set of 8 Enid Blyton playing card sets which I will be very sad to see go. Please see descriptions below:

The Faraway Tree Card Game - 1950 - Published by Pepys - Illustrator: Dorothy M. Wheeler
The box of this set is understandably worn with the bottom flaps needing glueing back together and some corners being slightly torn.
Unfortunately, this set is missing the letter which Enid Blyton wrote which came with the playing cards but all cards are included and the rules are fantastic condition.
There are a total of 44 cards in this set, all with gorgeous artwork by Dorothy M.Wheeler and all in splendid condition.

The Famous Five Card Game - 1951 - Published by Pepys - Illustrator: Eileen A.Soper
The box of this set is a little worn but in generally good condition.
This set is complete with all cards, the letter Enid Blyton wrote which comes with the sets and also the rule book which is in very good condition.
There are a total of 44 cards in this set, all showing off lovely artwork by Eileen A.Soper and all in a used, but good condition

The Secret Seven Card Game - 1955 - Published by Pepys - Illustrator: Bruno Kay
The box of this set is worn but in generally good condition.
This set is complete with all cards and a rule book (this does have some yellowing to it).
There are a total of 44 cards in this set which are all in really good condition.

Noddy Happy Families Card Game - 1955 - Published by Sampson Low - Illustrator: Robert Tyndall
The box of this set is in splendid condition except for a rip at the top on each side of the box.
This set is complete with all cards and a lovely cardboard rule book.
There are a total of 44 cards in this set which are all in used but good condition.

Noddy Snap Cards - 1955 - Published by Sampson Low - Illustrator: Unknown
The box of this set is in generally good condition for it's age but does have some sellotape on the front where a previous owner has tried to tape the box back together.
There are a total of 44 cards in this set which are all in a used condition.

Find Out! - 1958 - Published by Pepys - Illustrator: Unknown
The box of this set is in fairly good condition but does have one small strand of sellotape sticking the top flap to the box.
The set is complete with all cards and a rule book (there is a small tear at the top right hand corner of the front page).
There are a total of 44 cards in this set which are all in very good condition.

Noddy Snap - 1975 - Published by Pepys - Illustrator: Unknown
The box of this set is very worn with all top flaps missing and there is a strand of sellotape keeping the bottom flap shut.
The set has only 42 cards (One Tessie Bear and one Mrs Fluffy are missing). All remaining cards are in splendid condition.

The Famous Five Adventures - 1978 - Published by Pepys - Illustrator: Unknown
The box of this set is in really good condition.
The set is complete with all cards and a rule book which is in excellent condition.
There are a total of 44 cards in this set which are all in excellent condition.

This set has taken me a good 16 years to collect and I will be very upset to see them go. If I did not have a baby due any day I would not be selling these but am hoping that the sale of them may help me start a nice little savings account for when my little man is grown up. I hope that should someone see the value of this set and buy them/bid on them, that they will prove a valuable addition to a collection.

I have other Enid Blyton items to sell (mainly Noddy ... including kaleidascopes, picture cubes, bendy cars etc) which I will upload should anyone show an interest in these cards.

These cards come from a smoke-free home. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I am putting these up for a 10 day period so that I may have time to answer questions asked even if I have my baby in between.

POSTAGE COST: Due to the value of these items, I will only send by Recorded (Recorded Delivery is just 75p more than standard delivery or Special Delivery) ... I will also make sure each card set is individually bubble wrapped before sending. I have added a little extra on to the weight of this item to make up for bubble wrap and other packaging weight but will refund should the price I've given be any more than 25p over what I actually pay to post.

DESPATCH TIME: I will despatch as soon as I possibly can (should I have gone in to labour, this will obviously take up to 5 or 6 days). I do aim to despatch within a day of payment being received.
