The warranty only applies to the original buyer. The period of warranty is 90 days effective from date of purchase. This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other expressed implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular uses. Under no circumstances shall Stickbase Ltd be liable for an incidental or consequential damage or loss. Labour and related expenses to install replacement goods are not covered by this warranty. Stickbase Limited will not be responsible for repair/replacement of units that have been subject to abuse, misuse, alteration, accident or negligent uses, nor for the repairs made by an unauthorised person or with goods other than those provided by the Stickbase Limited.

We use reliable courier services, and they deliver from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Due to third party delivery service, we are unable to give any time slots for delivery. However upon request, we can provide the local depots’ contact number so that you can chase the delivery yourself and arrange its delivery at your convenient time agreed with couriers.
Saturday Deliveries are possible at an additional cost of £35 payable in advance.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We regret that we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, overseas addresses or the following UK postcodes:

All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank/Public Holidays), any time between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer specific time deliveries.
 
If your chosen item is a Day of Choice Delivery item you can choose the day of delivery but unfortunately we are not able to offer exact delivery time slots at present and your order will arrive between the designated hours listed above.

Delivery Options
Stickbase offers a large array of products and the delivery options vary for the different items. The available delivery option are explained below;

Next Day Delivery: Items listed with Next Day Delivery are delivered the next working day (Excluding Bank/Public Holidays); provided the orders are placed before cut off time. Please see below for further explanation.
Day of Choice Delivery: Items listed with Day of Choice Delivery are delivered on the requested day of choice (Excludes Weekends, Bank/ Public Holidays). Customers must mention their day of choice in the special instruction section while placing the order or email us separately with the order ID.
Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery options vary from 3 to 14 working days and are charged at different rates depending upon the weight and volume of the goods.
Express Delivery: Items listed with Express Delivery are available for fast track delivery at higher rates as stated.

Please note that the delivery charts are guidelines only. You will normally receive a dispatch information email with full order tracking details. The delivery times may elapse sometimes due to unforeseeable circumstances like severe weather conditions or road accidents. Delays due to such circumstances are beyond our control.

Mattresses Limited Warranty
Stickbase Ltd provides 3 months limited warranty for all Mattresses and it will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first month of the warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. Where warranties are defined as longer, additional fees may be incurred for replacing or repairing said mattress.
This limited warranty does not cover:
•	Normal increase in softness of the visco pressure relieving material or memory foam
•	Decrease in the slow recovering feature in memory foam mattresses
•	Aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress
•	Deterioration in the cell structure of materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation less than or equal to 1.5 inches
This warranty covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
If a product offers a longer warranty and if such defects occur during the remaining period of this limited warranty we will, at your option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you.
Despite our mattresses working well with many types of beds, only the following beds are approved for use:
•	Firm wooden completely flat bedsteads
•	Divan bases
•	Metal mesh which are completely flat bedsteads and bunks
•	Sprung Slated bed bases
Our warranty and other performance warranties are based on tests conducted on our mattresses with such beds. Therefore substituting inappropriate beds is not acceptable and will void your mattress warranty and all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You may be required to provide proof as to the quality of the bed being provided to your mattress in the event of a warranty claim.
Note that our mattresses are still suitable for other types of bases but unapproved bases will shorten the life of any good mattress. A claim that is issued within a year of purchase may still be approved wherein the bed is not appropriate.
The mattress cover is warranted for 3 months against faults in material or shall not apply if the mattress or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser of the product and are additional to any prorated charges.
