Dispatch & Delivery
We dispatch Monday - Friday via Royal Mail. All orders placed by 12:00 noon will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the following working day.
By default we will ship your order to your PayPal address, if you wish for your order to be dispatched to an alternative address, please change your address on PayPal when checking out.
Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class (for multiple purchases we use Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery with Signature). You will receive your items within 1-3 days of dispatch (UK only). When your item is dispatched you will receive an email notification.
If you are unable to receive your delivery, you will be left a calling card. The calling card will provide you details of how you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you don't arrange for it to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel out.
If you need your item fast we offer Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - this service is available Monday - Thursday. Please note, the orders must be placed before 12:00 noon to be received next day.
We also send items internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked Service. To find our prices, please click on See all Details under Postage. The total weight for the International service cannot exceed 2kg. If your ordered goods weight more than 2kg in such case your order will be dispatched in more than one parcel. The delivery timeframe for Europe is approx. 5-10 and approx. 10-21 days outside EU.
We cannot guarantee delivery times as the times are only approximate.
UK: 1-3 working days (most customers receive their parcels next day).
Please note: 24h tracked service aims to deliver the parcel within 24hrs, but it does not guarantee next day delivery. For guaranteed next day delivery please choose special delivery option at the checkout.
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of the world: 7-21 working days

In order to have the postage costs combined, please put all your items into the shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout - you should see combined postage when checking out.
In case you do not have "Add to basket" option available, then you will be charged full amount for the postage on each item and we will refund you combined postage discount by PayPal shortly after your parcel is dispatched.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available for UK customers only and for purchase made by 12:00 noon. Please note that all Next Day Delivery orders placed after 12:00 noon on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday. If you wish your goods to be delivered via next day Saturday delivery service, please contact us prior to make your purchase by 10:00 noon on Friday.
We guarantee hassle free returns.
If you wish to return an item to us please do so within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is not worn/used with all tags attached. Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need. All items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re–sale.
Once we receive your items back we will refund EXCLUDING the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the delivery of the item. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund and we will return the parcel to you at your own expense.
We do advise you to send your parcel to us using a tracking service i.e. 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel. Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and trace service provided by the postal service, before you ring customer services as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. Please note the postage certificate is not a proof that the item was delivered to us.

If you are sending parcel from outside UK please make sure to put a clear sign “RETURNED GOODS” on the parcel.
14 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD (EU ONLY) Under the UK distance selling regulations, you as a customer have 14 working days from the day you receive your items to cancel the contract for your order with us. To do this you MUST inform us in writing. (Please refer to our return address above). For the contract to be cancelled you MUST return ALL items in your order in their original packaging and suitable for re-sale. These items must not be worn or used in any way. The cost of returning an item to us under the 14 Days Cooling Off Period is your responsibility.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please fill in the returns form online and post the item back to us in case you wish to receive a full refund. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty / incorrect item to do this. We advise you to use a tracking delivery service. We will refund you the cost of this; you must however send your postage receipt inside the package as proof of cost so we can refund you. Please take a note of the tracking number or obtain a duplicate receipt BEFORE you send the parcel to us so you can track your parcel, as we can ONLY refund you once we receive the original items back. In case you want to receive a replacement item please let us know via e mail and we will dispatch a replacement item to you along with a prepaid return envelope in order for you to return faulty or incorrect item. In such case please make sure to put your details inside the envelope so we know the parcel is from you.
EXCHANGES We are happy to exchange a product for a different size, colour or product for FREE (UK only). Simply post the item back to us within 14 days of the payment date (the product cannot be worn/used, all tags must be attached). For all other countries we will request an additional postage cost to send out your exchange and this will be the same amount as the original postage amount charged, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
