What is an A-grade product?
A-grade products sold by Sharp UK via our SharpOutlet eBay store are cosmetically as new however the packaging might have been damaged and replaced or the units may have been repaired by Sharp. Products are now in perfect working order and the standard warranty applies.

Delivery

Delivery is currently free on all orders. For security reasons we are unable to redirect to alternative addresses. We ship to UK mainland,  Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
All products - excluding LCD TVs of 32 inches and above – are handled by either City Link or Royal Mail and are normally delivered within 5 working days.
LCD TVs of 32 inches and above are delivered by our specialist delivery partner Touch Logistics, usually within 7 working days and will telephone within 5 working days to schedule this delivery.

ALL DELIVERIES TO NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, AND SCOTTISH ISLES: These deliveries may take up to 10 working days and our carrier may vary by destination.  Our carriers for these areas are unable to provide delivery time-slots.

Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order and return any products for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number and instructions for return.

Refund Arrangements

Provided the products are returned in 'as new' condition, and the Returns process is followed as described in the Returns section, Sharp will endeavour to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charges you initially incurred in getting the products to you, no later than 30 days from and including the day on which you notified Sharp of your intention to return the products.
