We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible and that the images used may appear different to that displayed on the packaging.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us.
Return policy and Terms & Conditions
We will be happy to exchange or refund you for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition within 30 days of you placing your order. This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights.
Sophia of Surrey Hosiery cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to Sophia of Surrey Hosiery.
Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the merchandise
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price (plus delivery charge where one has been paid) provided that you have notified us in writing (this notification can be done by email to email@example.com) no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the merchandise. In the unlikely event that you receive your product in a damaged condition then please return your purchase for a replacement. Items are not considered faulty once opened and worn. Please make sure you have paid the correct delivery costs for your return package to us. Failing to do so may cause delays or mean that your returned items do not get to us at all.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us. However the item must be unworn. The Office of Fair Trading specifically identifies tights as falling into the excluded goods that the order can be cancelled.
“goods that by reason of their nature, cannot be returned, for example, where returning the goods is a physical impossibility or goods that cannot be restored to the same physical state they were supplied in, such as nylon tights that become distorted once worn.”
We will refund the cost of your returned cancelled goods only after they are received by us. Please allow 2 weeks from the posting date for us to credit your paypal account.
If you think that it is taking longer than normal to process your refund or exchange then please contact us with details of the items you have returned and we will investigate.
We will not provide a refund or replacement for any hosiery products (tights, stockings, hold ups, or leggings)I if they have been tried on or worn.
It is helpful if any defects or faults are reported to our customer service within 7 days of receipt.
