Returns Policy - If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or a product does not comply with a listing due to an error or a change in specification we will replace the product or refund you in full. If the item is as described and you decided you do not want it we will refund you for the product minus P&P costs. A restock fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund of items returned after the 7 day cooling off period. We must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. This restock fee will be waived if you exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value. We will only charge you for the additional postage costs incurred. Products must be returned with the original packing,tags attached and in good condition to be acceptable for return and the return P&P must be covered by the customer unless the item has been incorrectly supplied and/ or is damaged. It is advisable to return the item by a recorded method as we cannot refund until received.
