Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. We have a comprehensive returns policy as stated below and returns under the DSR regulations are accepted - no questions asked.
We comply with the Distance Selling Regulation which allows a buyer to return an item within 7 days. The buyer must pay for return postage or can take advantage of our postal return service at their own cost. We must receive the item within 7 days of the date the buyer takes delivery.
The item must be unused and unopened, no damaged packaging, no missing manuals or marks on the product and must be in full resalable condition.
A buyer may also ask for a return if the item is damaged on arrival, not as described or faulty. You will be required to send the item back to us and must obtain an RMA number before sending it.
Any returns that are damaged or broken on arrival must be notified to us within 24 hours of taking receipt. This is because we are unable to claim with our couriers after this period. Any parcels damaged by a courier must be signed for as damaged. If you are in any doubt please open the box in front of the driver before signing for the item.
Our courier company will email your registered email address the day before they are going to deliver. If you miss the courier they will leave a card to say they have been and how to contact them to redeliver the item. If you miss the courier a second or third time they will then ask you to collect the parcel from there depot. Any parcels not collected within 7 days will be returned to us and you will be liable for redelivery charge.
Most products carry a 12 month warranty - in the unlikely event of your product developing a fault please get in touch and we will arrange to have it repaired and returned to you. After the DSR 7 days we are unable to offer a refund for your product if it becomes faulty. We will of course repair the product and return to you. We may in some instances, to speed up repairs, send out spare parts which can be easily fitted by the end user.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OBTAINING A RMA NUMBER. If you do not obtain this information and attach to the parcel this could result in us refusing a return. Please contact us on email@example.com for a RMA number.
