There is many way to do properly acclimatization, one of them is shows bellow.
Shrimps are sensitive, and a lot of things can go wrong when you introduce them to an aquarium. Shrimps often are weakened to be the stress of the transfer, and hence newly-purchased shrimps often die in the first hours after purchase. For this reason acclimatization is very important. Proper acclimatization can take a couple of hours.
Float the closed bag with the new shrimps in the aquarium for about 30 to 60 minutes. Open the bag and during the next hour pour a little aquarium water into the bag. Now you can check TDS or US inside the bag and try to have as closed parameters inside the bag as possible to the aquarium water. Remember not to put too much water in short period of time. If you don't have TDS or US than pour the water into the bag, until there is double the amount of the water in the bag. Next take the bag out of the water and pour the water and shrimps into small bucket or bowl, and leave this for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Then add a teacup of water to the bucket every 5 minutes, until the bucket is full. Leave this for about 30 to 60 minutes. Pour the water with the shrimps into a fish net and then add the shrimps carefully to the aquarium. Don't pour any transportation water into your aquarium.
