The Chic’ wants you to be happy with your purchase. In the event you wish to return your item please be aware of the following conditions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items must be returned in original condition, along with any promotional items with all packaging and related materials.
Returns are accepted provided you let us know within 14 days of receipt, after this you’ll have an additional 7 days to get the item to us. [From the date of sale The Chic’ must have the product in house for a refund to be issued by the 21st day.] Items returned after this date, or items not returned in original condition, will be held for a reasonable amount of time and destroyed after first contacting buyer and requesting return shipping fees. If you wish for your item to be returned to you after this date, or after determining the item is not in the original condition, shipping charges will need to be paid for by the buyer – The Chic’ will not pay the expense to return items outside of the refund / return window, or for items returned not in original condition.
Original shipping costs, these are costs that may not be separately billed, or shown, but are part of the original purchase price as posted on the site are NOT refundable. The Chic' will deduct these costs from the refund amount. Additionally, buyer must agree to cancel the transaction with the seller. This is the only way seller can recover the seller fees charged by eBay; failing to agree to the cancel transaction request will result in additional fees being withheld from the refund. [This will be equal to the amount charged to The Chic'] At all times The Chic' will act fairly and not abuse this position however we do need to keep our expenses down and our ability to maintain a profitable business.
