Returns, damages & guarantees
Items must be checked on receipt! Your item contains fragile components and on rare occasions they can break in transit.
All our items are guaranteed for 12 months, defective items or faulty parts will be replaced within this time. If your item is inoperable/defective we'll replace it. A wealth of components/spare parts for this product are on hand if you need anything after the 12 month period. Some products do hold manufacturers guarantees which are stated on the individual adverts.
We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy, which DOES NOT include décor, change of circumstances or incompatibility issues, in these instances you are welcome to return the item(s) for a refund but you will be liable to pay a 20% restocking fee and the couriers returns costs, which are charged at a minimum of £15.00, this is more expensive if the collection address is located in one of the surcharge areas. Be aware it may be cheaper for you to return the item yourself using your own courier. We do recommend if arranging your own return, you ensure the item is adequately insured as we will not refund damaged items. The goods must be received in the condition they were sent and in the original packaging. A refund for the difference will then be issued. Do not be offended if you are requested to send photographic images before a collection/replacement is arranged, this merely enables us to correctly identify the problem and any replacement needed.
Toilet seat CONNOT be returned unless they are in ALL original Packaging and UNOPENED, due to to health and hygeine reasons.
The Technical Bits
We will not be held responsible for any personal loss incurred during the installation of our products, any modification to them will invalidate the warranty. We do our utmost to ensure your items reach you on the date and time agreed, but please be aware that you may experience delays in delivery when events occur beyond our control such as strikes, national/localised extreme weather conditions or transportation malfunctions; bear this in mind when if/when you take annual leave from work or arrange the services of a professional fitter, which we only recommend you do after you receive your goods as we strictly will not reimburse plumbers invoices or your time. We do not guarantee that this or any of our products will be congruous with your existing fixtures, fittings and décor, if you are purchasing more than one item from us and have compatibility questions don’t hesitate to call or email, experienced people are on hand to help out.
