This auction is for both Nathan Robertson and Jenny Wallwork's match worn, England playing tops. The pair won the mixed-doubles final at the Polish Open International in Wroclaw, adding to their triumph at the Swedish International in Stockholm in January.
This is also the top worn by Nathan in his last ever competitive match in the Thomas Cup.
Nathan Robertson has had a highly successful career as one of the best Badminton players in the country. He's won Olympic Silver 2004, World Champion 2006, Commonwealth Games Champion 2006 All England Winner 2005 European champion 2004 and has over 100 Caps for England.
He will be best remembered for his formidable mixed doubles partnership with another Badminton favourite, Gail Emms, with the pair claiming an Olympic silver at Athens in 2004. Robertson and Emms also won the All England Championship in 2005 and World Championship and Commonwealth Games titles in 2006.
Domestically, he won a remarkable nine mixed doubles titles and six men's doubles crowns at the English National Championships with various partners with his most recent partner being Jenny Wallwork.
The proceeds from this auction will be used by Shine in our work to support everyone affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
