TheTightSpot will happily exchange the goods or refund you the cost, if you return your product(s) to us unopened, within their original condition within 28 days of receipt, free of charge except for postage stamp costs.
Good(s) unopened should only be returned if they are damaged or faulty, please be careful of finger nails when putting your hosiery on as they may snag and ladder easily! We cannot take responsibility for this.
All goods will be thoroughly inspected on return, and if we feel that product(s) have been worn we will be unable to redeposit the cost of the goods, for hygienic reasons.
Returning an Item
To return your good(s) to TheTightSpot please package the goods in the order that they were received, clearly stating the reason why the product is unsatisfactory and whether you want a ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’, providing the clear reason why for either.
When you are returning your items please take time to ensure that your return has the correct postage stamp, as Royal Mail have become particularly specific on weights of packaging it is wise to have your return weighed at The Post Office if you are unsure. Products that are returned overweight will not be accepted, or the difference paid, which would result in your returns claim being incomplete.

Faulty / Incorrect Item
In the very unlikely event that you have received a faulty item or received an incorrect item we will obviously do our upmost to rectify this mistake for you as quickly as possible and we do apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please Contact Us immediately with your order reference number and product name, colour and size and let us know what the actual damage or fault is with the item so we can investigate further, and correct the error.
If the damage is through no fault of your own we will ask you to return your item to our freepost address (only available and given upon a valid request), we will then arrange for a refund or duplicate to be sent back out to you as soon as we possibly can, and again, with the deepest regret we are extremely sorry for your inconvenience.
