DELIVERY:-
IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT PARCELS CAN BE RECEIVED. Many carriers will not leave parcels without a signature.
If no one is in to sign for the parcel, the driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour or will leave a card instructing you to contact the local depot. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE CARD.
If no contact is made, the carrier will return the parcel to us. THIS WILL RESULT IN FURTHER DELIVERY CHARGES BEFORE THE PARCEL CAN BE RE-SENT.

ALL RETURNS, IRRESPECTIVE OF REASON, MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED GOODS RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM (GRA). FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS SENT BY US - Buyers must contact us for a Goods Returns Authorisation (GRA) before sending back to us. the GRA form must be completed fully and MUST accompany goods. Any goods received without the GRA will not be accepted. GOODS BOUGHT IN ERROR OR NO LONGER REQUIRED - Under the UK Distance Selling regulations, a consumer has can return an unused, unwanted item to us for a full refund of the item and original postage costs. Written notification (email or letter) must be received by us within 7 working days of the buyer receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted if notification is made outside this period. The consumer is responsible for returning the goods at their own expense. We will issue a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) by email, which must be completed fully and MUST accompany the goods.
