The majority of orders will be shipped out within 24hrs of payment received (Mon-Fri). If is a delay in dispatch you will be notified of this via email. As we sell many items there are times when we may oversell on a product, in this case if we are unable to get more from our suppliers we will have to cancel your order.

Return policy details
If you decide you do not want to keep the item you may return it to us at your own expense for a refund within 30 days of purchasing. Faulty item: If your item develops a fault please contact the publisher or manufacturer for technical help/repair before contacting us. If they cannot solve the problem we will then accept it back for a refund or replacement, we accept returns for a faulty item up to 6 months after ordering. Damaged item: The majority of orders are packaged in a padded envelope which usually protects the item inside; unfortunately damage can sometimes occur during transit. If your item is damaged we will replace the damaged item once a picture of the damage has been sent to customer service. Incorrect item: If you are sent the incorrect item it is likely a mistake with the packing, in this case we will send out the correct item immediately along with a pre-paid returns label. Before returning your product, please contact our customer service. We will forward you our return details. Please note we will only cover the return postage cost for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
