I was sent this item in two deliveries which I wasn't expecting so there was a mix up with that and then the item arrived in a condition that I was not happy with (lots of splinters and sharp bits poking out, not good if you have very young children which this item was for). Happy with the mattress but not with the frame. I was offered a £5 refund but not yet sent that. Disappointed.

Bed was, as described and delivered quickly. The box was damaged by the courier and once I contacted the company they shipped replacement parts immediately. I cant fault their service. I would buy from them again.
