This pack is a brand new sealed item that contains all of the Seals / O'Rings needed to service a Sirrus TS1850 Valve.

Shipping

All orders that are placed are shipped within 48 hours of your payment being cleared. We regularly despatch a high proportion of our products within 24 hours but we occasionally require up to 48 hours when demand is high.

All UK orders are sent using either Royal Mail or a courier service (Royal Mail Parcels, UPS or DPD) and in most cases will be with you the following day (although sometimes there are delays that are out of our control)

The majority of orders are either tracked or sent with proof of postage.  Any claims for lost or damaged orders will be investigated by Royal Mail or our appointed couriers.

However, please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to reach you after we have despatched it from our warehouse.

Returns

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from PlumbTap.com, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. We've set out below the main reasons why goods tend to be returned, so please read all of the categories and follow the returns process which you feel applies to you.

Please note that our Returns Policy for Consumers does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.

Goods Are Faulty On Arrival

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 14 days either by email returns@plumbtap.com or telephone (01633) 483917 with details of the fault and we will arrange collection via our appointed courier.

Goods Become Faulty During Use

If your goods become faulty after delivery, we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved. For example in some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience. Alternatively you can contact us by email returns@plumbtap.com or telephone (01633) 483917 if the goods do not conform to the contract made between us.    

Goods Damaged On Arrival

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 14 days.  All goods must be inspected on delivery by yourself.  If the goods are visibly damaged, then it is important to sign for the goods as "Damaged on Arrival" or to refuse delivery.  If you are unable to inspect the goods on delivery then you MUST sign for them as "Unchecked".

Where products are not checked on delivery please ensure they are inspected within 14 days. If we receive no notification by email within 14 days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and we are therefore not obliged to refund/replace the product. All Damaged Goods requests must be notified to us by email ONLY ( returns@plumbtap.com ).  Verbal notification is not accepted.

Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, we will then replace or provide a refund.   

Missing Parts

In the unlikely event that you unpack a product and subsequently discover that components are missing, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange replacements as we do not hold stocks of spare components.  In the event of any issues, please contact us and we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements on your behalf.

Goods Not As Ordered

If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we strongly recommend that you notify us by email returns@plumbtap.com or telephone (01633) 483917 as soon as possible.

Goods or Order Duplicated

In the event that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us by email returns@plumbtap.com or telephone (01633) 483917 as soon as possible.   

If you have simply changed your mind

If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us (excluding the Postage) refunded, provided that:-
  • the goods have not been in your possession for more than 14 days after the day on which you received the goods;  and
  • you tell us in writing (preferably by emailing returns@plumbtap.com) that you wish to cancel your order.
PLEASE NOTE, if you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, the customer is responsible for paying the postage costs, and this will not be reimbursed.

We will provide a full refund within 14 days of receipt if you meet the following criteria:
  • Goods must be in perfect working order.
  • Goods must be packaged in the condition which they were originally supplied to you.
We reserve the right to return to you any item unsuitable for re-sale. All goods will be inspected in our depot. In cases where we do not consider the packaging of the returned goods to be acceptable for resale, we reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of £15 or 20% of the item's selling price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
