	This serum is amazing!
	I have suffered from melasma for four years since my son was born. I have tried everything I can get my hands on and I only wish I would have known about Hydroquin serum earlier! I purchased this product because after trying skin obsession, I could not get rid of dark spots under my eyes after doing the chemical peel. I covered it up with makeup for months. I used it to get rid of the dark spots left after acne and pimples were cured. Evens out the skin, only used it on the spots which were darker. My son used it for the same purpose and his skin is even with no dark spots. Great product, worth the price.

I had a bad case of melasma after pregnancy and didn't think that this would work really. But after 3 weeks it started to fade. Now I just use the product for touch up areas and my melasma is almost completely non visible. Thank you ADSM!

Hydroquinone alone is not sufficient to treat such skin conditions as melasma and hyperpigmentation. Our special formula is able to exfoliate and penetrate skin more effectively than hydroquinone alone.

What it is: An effective skin lightening serum made with powerful actives such as Hydroquinone, 2% Kojic Acid, 10% Glycolic Acid and silk peptides. Hydroquinone is a strong inhibitor of melanin production, meaning that it prevents skin from making the substance responsible for skin color. It disrupts the synthesis and production of melanin hyper-pigmentation. Topical hydroquinone is considered by many dermatologists to be a safer yet similarly effective (if not more so), and less expensive option than lasers or deep peel treatments.

Usage: Always handle product with clean hands. Do not contaminate with other products and ingredients. To prevent against skin irritation do not perform any glycolic acid peels or strong skin treatments when using product. If pain occurs when using this treatment, discontinue use and consult with your dermatologist. Always perform a skin test to determine any allergy to hydroquinone.

Sunburn alert: This product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that is likely increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterward.

Directions: Recommended use: once daily at night. You can increase to twice daily, once skin adapts to hydroquinone. Apply a thin layer of product only to the treatment area and rub in well. Please note that hydroquinone creams/ serums lighten indiscriminately, so if you want to lighten certain darker areas only, it is important to keep the product away from normal colored skin. Skin lightening is a gradual process that may require several treatments. Also, keep in mind that the key to a good skin lightening is how well you care for your skin and avoid excessive sun exposure. Use sunscreen spf 80+ when outdoors. Wear a hat and protective clothing if necessary to avoid getting sunburned. This is very important because your skin is slowly peeling and exposing new, lighter skin to the surface.

Shelf Life: This product has a shelf life of 1 year. It is recommended that product be used within 3 months of opening.

Active Ingredients: Glycolic Acid (10%), Pure Grape seed Oil, Pure Rice Bran oil, Hydroquinone (2%), Kojic Acid (2%), Lactic Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Silk Peptides.

Glycolic Acid: Glycolic acid is a naturally occurring fruit acid known as AHA (Alpha Hydroxyl Acids). Glycolic peels help to rejuvenate skin by loosening the bond that holds dead skin cells on the epidermis. Helps increase the effectiveness of skin lightening actives by encouraging deeper penetration into skin.

Kojic Acid: Kojic Acid is a by-product in the fermentation process of malting rice. Since the enzyme Tyrosinase contains copper, Kojic Acid is able to effectively chelate (remove) the copper by lowering the PH level around Tyrosinase. Once the copper cofactor is removed, Tyrosinase activity is suppressed and hence so is melanin production.

Hydroquinone: Hydroquinone is considered the primary topical ingredient for inhibiting melanin production. Its components have potent antioxidant abilities. Hydroquinone is a strong inhibitor of melanin production, meaning that it prevents skin from making the substance responsible for skin color.
