Bamboo Distribution Ltd provides a warranty on products as detailed below. All warranty periods are applicable from the date of payment.
Products sold as "New" 3 month warranty
Products sold as "Used" 1 month warranty
If your item develops a fault within the applicable warranty period, a full refund will be offered, once the product has been returned to the Bamboo Sales Team for assessment and verification of the fault.

The above warranties do not cover non-faulty products, nor issues caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no costs will be refunded.
If your purchase develops a fault within the applicable warranty period, we may offer an exchange for the same, or a similar product. This is dependent on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, this option will not be available to you and a refund will be issued.
Our stock is limited and we may not have a direct replacement available for an exchange.
All exchanges are at the discretion of Bamboo Distribution Ltd.

All returns must be authorised, and sent via the process set out in our returns procedure.

When will I receive my refund?
Your PayPal account will be refunded once we have received and inspected your return.
In all cases, goods must be received before refunds are given.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours of us receiving the item. You will receive an email confirming your return has been received and a refund has been process
