Same Day Despatch
We normally offer a same day despatch where cleared payment is received before 2pm Monday to Fridays. Please check our listings or shop homepage for any changes to this.
Items are sent to UK addresses are sent by Tracked/Tracked Next Day/Special Delivery or 24/48 hour courier. In some cases, someone will need to sign for the delivery. If this is not possible, the item will be taken to a local depot awaiting collection. International sales will be sent by Standard Airmail, International Signed For (ISF) or Royal Mail Airsure. Standard Airmail DOES NOT include any tracking. International Signed For and Airsure (where available) both provide online tracking. Airsure is an express service with priority handling throughout, ISF receives priority handling until it leaves the UK. Airsure is available ONLY to these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark (including Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland, France (including Andorra, Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Singapore, Spain (including the Balearics and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, USA.
In the event of an item not being received, a claim cannot be made until 15 working days (three weeks) after the item has been despatched (UK) or 25 working days (5 weeks) for overseas items. All claims are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions and their decision is final. Whilst we are happy to undertake any claims on your behalf, please be aware that the claim process can take several weeks.
We recommend you retain all packaging until you have used/tested the item. If your item appears to be defective, please contact us immediately, providing further details and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you purchased the item in error, we will gladly refund the original purchase price (but not the P+P charge), as long as the item is still factory sealed. Please contact us before returning any items.
