I ordered 3 pairs of studs but one of them came in the wrong size and another pair came with the metal insertion pole bit being completely bent and unusable. It’s such a shame as I was really looking forward to wearing these

The listing clearly states these are 14mm - 16mm depending on what colours you choose, you chose 3 colours, 2 of which was 16mm 1 pair 14mm this is all explained to you in the listing and I do express to read the whole listing before purchasing, so non was the wrong size.
The bent stem will have happened in the mail so you only needed to message me and I will resend that so I have messaged you but not heard back, I can't do anything about the different sizes as that is what I was selling,
