Directions to use
Make sure your nails are clean and dry
If you wish to paint your nails prior to using the Decals- make sure the polish is completely dry and not tacky
Choose the Decal and cut as close as you can to the Decal
Now put the Decal into a saucer of water
The Decal will come away from the blue backing sheet
Now lift the Decal, you can use tweezers or a cocktail stick to help you
Place the Decal and dab dry
YOU MUST now put a thin coat of nail varnish over the whole nail and Decal
Decals are flat when on the nail, so will not easily be knocked off

If you prefer Self Adhesive Nail Stickers - then I have many Snowflakes of different colours shapes and sizes

Description -I try to describe
everything I sell as completely and honest as I possibly can
The colours I describe are as I know and see them.
If the photograph I show is different to the actual colour on the item, I will
let you know this
Please bear in mind that computer screens can show different shades of colour
Offers - I do put offers up on
If any product has a miscolouring or has something not quite right - I
will note this very clearly and offer them at a very good price
Payment - Please make payment
within 5 days of "Commit to buying" or of winning an auction.
If you want longer to pay for any reason - please send me a message -
let me know so I can adjust my Ebay settings
Posting -Can I please ask you
to make sure your address is complete on Ebay, as I use this when posting items
If an item is returned to me due to an incomplete address - I will have
to ask for a further payment to cover the cost of re-sending the item out
If I make a mistake, I will re-post the item first class at my expense.
None/Late deliveries - Although this does
not happen a lot, when it does it is very annoying
However I have always obtained "proof of postage" receipts and
will contact the Post Office myself. I may ask you to contact your local
Initially if your item has not arrived, send me a message - I will answer and
I have noticed that if you go to "Contact Buyer" and tick
the "I have not received my item" it takes you to an option
to "open a case" against me - Please Do not do this.
Go "Back" - go to "Contact Seller" and click "other" and in subject line
write "Not delivered"
Damages - I always check every
item before posting it.
Items will never leave my address damaged - if they are delivered
damaged - it has happened in transit, I will rectify any issues regarding
damages to my buyers satisfaction
Returns - I will accept returns
within 14 days of Delivery.
If Items are broken or if I have deliberately mislead you in
my description please contact me so I can rectify an issues - I
may ask you to return the items at my discretion
Please do not return items until I ask you to do so. I will offer
a refund of monies, including postage, or the choice to have a similar
item resent, at my cost. The choice will be yours
You may receive the item and you feel it is not fit for your purpose - If I have
mislead you - you will be reimbursed in Full
You have received your item and have changed your mind - there is
nothing wrong with the item, you just decided you no longer want it - Please contact me -
I can deal with this in two ways.
1, A refund by way of a credit note for the full cost of the item
plus postage. It can be used towards the cost of anything in my shop.
Balance of any monies due will be met by buyer
2. Perhaps you do not want another item from me - Then a refund of the
item cost will be given, but not the postage cost.
Returning the Item - Please return in the packaging
it arrived in, reseal - on the back of the packet you will see a
"Sender" sticker - put a ring around the sticker -
and on the packet put "Return to Sender" and write the
postcode out. You then can post it without incurring postage costs.
Change of Mind Returns - I cannot reimburse postage to return items to me
Discount - I may be able to
negotiate a "Special Price" should you be interested in buying
multiples of an item - Please send me a message prior to buying
If you are looking for something and cannot find it - why not ask me - I
may be able to source it for you.
On the last note - I do
appreciate your custom and please know that I will resolve any issues that you
may have without the need to open a case against me. Of course if you are
not satisfied with
anything I have or have not done then of course Ebay is there to help
you - and opening a case is there way of intervening and resolving the issue
for the Buyer
