We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.
Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.
Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company used.
Special delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase.
There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
We may upgrade any of our advertised royal mail postings to courier free of charge without prior notice.
Royal Mail and the courier collect from us every weekday so your item will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm or next working day, for any orders placed after the 2 pm deadline.
Please remember that items do get delayed and lost in the post unfortunately this is beyond our control.
If you believe an item has gone missing first contact your LOCAL ROYAL MAIL SORTING OFFICE to see if it is being held for any reason. It is getting more common when an item will not fit through your letterbox, a delivery has been attempted whilst nobody at home and no calling card has been left. Packets and parcels are not delivered by your normal postman but on a separate round.

We only sell brand new items that are fit for purpose, correctly described and are of satisfactory quality.
Before buying read the item description where we will try and describe the item to the best of our ability. The item title may contain keywords only used so our items can be found easily in ebay searches. The photo is for illustrative purposes only and may not be of the specific item.
If you are in any doubt about an item "ask sender a question" to get your query clarified before buying. We are only able to answer questions sent to us via ebay's contact seller messages. We try and answer all messages within 24 hours but may take longer after a weekend. Please note we are a business so we do not answer any telephone calls on an evening.

All goods are sold as new. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications so we can fix the issues swiftly.

Wrong Item Delivered:
If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost. If you are returning the goods for refund we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
