At Lights4fun, we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make. In the event that you’re not, and you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of the despatch date, as long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

We’re always happy to help and will do our utmost to ensure an immediate resolution to your problem. We can often arrange a next working day ‘swap it’ service where we deliver the new product and collect the faulty item at the same time.
How to return unwanted goods:
Please securely package the goods to avoid damage and include the initial delivery note in your returns box. Please tick all the items tick you are returning. We will credit the refund to your payment card account within 10 days of receiving the returned product (Please note your bank may take up to 21 working days to credit your account with the refunded amount). We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you ask the Post Office to stamp the Proof of Posting label when returning products by post. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may have incurred during the refund process.
You must email email@example.com to obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN) and once approved, clearly display this number on the outside of the parcel being returned.

Unwanted Products: If unwanted products are in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage and packing. If we believe that the product has been used or if the packaging has been damaged or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. When returning the goods to us please keep your proof of posting as we are not liable for returned goods lost in the post or by couriers.

At Lights4fun our priority is, however, to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and we may have to deliver and collect on two separate occasions to ensure a rapid response.
