Having been put off watching television for the last couple of years; I wasn't really fussed when our last Sony tv decided to call it a day. Of course the kids wouldn't let up about it and so I decided to buy KDL40W4500 40" version and I must say " what a triumph!" The looks are to die for, the screen crisp and graphics (not sure if the right term) are amazing.Plenty of features to keep me busy and regardless of the the usual scheduled pap, DVD's look astounding on the screen. The only downside is the sound which is a little flat in comparison to our old model but this can be overcome with surround sound speakers which we already had. Definately worth the money spent!
Having owned a previous Bravia 32v2500 been looking to upgrade for a while. After much deliberation & magazine reviews it had to be a new W 100hz series. Absolutely no compliants - looks & picture great especially with lit up Sony emblem on bottom panel. 3 year warranty also now standard with Sony. Can't wait for Sky HD and to set up set properly. Spent a while looking for a good price and if you can find deals sub £800 for new non graded sets if you're patient. Totally recommended. Nick
+ a)good price b)excellent quality of picture c)easy & quick basic configuration d)low power consumption e)3 years warranty - a)piano black finish b)slow response when TV starting c)not intuitive advanced setup Resume-avesome TV...if You find him in good price :) required couple moments for picture calibration but after...You`ll never switch him off...
