Satisfaction Guaranteed Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with the products that you buy from Fasttracksss which is why we offer you a Satisfaction Guaranteed Returns Policy.
You can return any items to us for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund, exchange or replacement.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Products
We aim to ensure that you are entirely satisfied every time you place an order with Fasttracksss. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us unused and undamaged, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with product packaging, instructions and all components within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.
Please make sure that you test your product/s in a clean and safe environment as we will not replace, exchange or refund damaged, dirty or incomplete goods. This includes but is not limited to the product packaging.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order or by cheque, within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You are responsible for the return postage and packaging of any unwanted products.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.
Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Products - High Value Products
In the case of high value items in excess of £500.00 the usual money back guarantee is limited to 7 days and you shall be responsible for the cost of return within 7 days of receipt.

Faulty Products
We aim to package and send your order in such a way that you receive it in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged in transit, or with manufacturing defects, or we sent you the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate provided that you return the item to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we will also refund you the reasonable cost of the return postage.
Please obtain a proof of posting certificate and receipt to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
All goods returned as faulty will be inspected and tested before any monies are refunded to you. We will aim to do this in as soon as is practically and reasonably possible. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty you will then have the following options:
1. Cancel your order and we will refund all monies paid by you less ALL expenses incurred by Fasttracksss.
2. Request a re-delivery by paying for the cost of having the item re-packaged and returned to you by Fasttracksss.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Should you wish to return goods to us for any reason please contact us
By Email at Fasttracks@hotmail.com or By Phone on 0208 123 1395 (International +44 208 123 1395) Mon to Friday 10.30am till 6pm quoting your order number and detailing the reasons for return.
We will then supply you with the appropriate details to return the item/s to us.
Important: We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or we delivered the item to you in error.
If you are returning goods using our 14 day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy then we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for your protection as we cannot process refunds, exchanges or replacements for items lost in transit. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
We will attend the process of refund, exchange or replacement upon receipt of the returned goods or as soon as is practically or reasonably possible.
Please note, in all instances, Fasttracksss shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
