Paying for goods
preferred method of payment is PayPal, the safest and easiest way to pay for

will be available to receive the delivery on next working day**
will your order be delivered?
We ship our products with the courier APC
for delivery the next working day, if
you pay before 3pm. We class working
days as Monday – Friday, excluding bank & public holidays. You will receive and laptop, desktop or touch
screen device before 12 and any smaller devices before 5:30 and you’ll need to
be at the delivery address to sign for the goods. The delivery will be attempted upto 3 times
and no item will be left "safe" or with a neighbour.
before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank
holidays). Items ordered and paid for on
Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Saturday
deliveries are available at an extra cost.
If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us. We’d be happy to help.
If you miss your delivery, a card will
be left by the courier and you should contact APC to reschedule the
delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be
held responsible for missed deliveries and therefore cannot offer any full or
part refund on this basis.

Items damaged in transit
We pack our products well, but if you
receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you can either refuse to take
delivery of the item or sign for the item as “damaged”. It may also be the case that you realise that
the item is damaged after taking delivery of the goods. In all cases please notify us within 12 hours
of the delivery and we’ll be in touch with you to help resolve the problem to
your satisfaction. You can contact us

If an item is active and has bids, we
cannot end an auction early for a “buy it now” price. This is in line with
eBay's policies and ensures a fair deal for people who have already bid on the

Your right to cancel the order
You have the
right to cancel your order within 14 days of payment being received. If you
would like to cancel an order and return an item to us, please contact us via
eBay. We will then provide you with
shipping information and will refund you once the item is received back. The
cost of returning items to Stock Must Go LTD is payable by you.
Our No-Quibble 90 Day Warranty
Stock Must Go
supplies stock either as fully tested and working, or as “faulty, for spares or
repair”. Our obligations for these two types
of stock differs, so it is important that you read and understand our warranty
information. Our warranties are provided
in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Tested & Working Stock
that Stock Must Go supply as fully tested and working is covered by our
no-quibble 90 day warranty return to base warranty.
The 90 day
period begins from the date of delivery.
If during this period, your item develops a fault, you should contact us
on 01543 469025. We will endeavour to
diagnose and fix the fault over the phone, but if we are unable to do this,
then you will be provided with return instructions.
The cost of
shipping faulty items is the responsibility of the customer. Repaired items will be returned to the
customer at no extra charge.

customer induced damage is not included.
If you have accidentally damaged your product, it’s likely that we’ll be
able to repair the item for a very reasonable price. Please call us and have a chat with one of

Items that we
supply as “faulty, for spares or repair” are sold as described and do not carry
