POSTAGE & PACKAGING

1. Items will be carefully packed in bubbled jiffy bags for protection in post.

2. Please note P&P costs are for packaging/wrapping materials and Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed-for Postage.

3. If you think the postage costs are unreasonable please do not buy from me and then leave negative feedback!!!!

RETURNS

Unless otherwise stated in listing(only items sold with defects are non returnable) i will accept returns with the following conditions

1. You must inform me within 48 hrs of receiving item your intention to return

2. All items must be returned in the same way as sent with a signed for delivery

(This way we can insure the item does get returned to me and if it does get lost you are covered as you have a proof of posting with tracking number)

3.The item must be in the same condition as sent to you with tags and unworn

(I.E not smelling of perfume or deodorant)

4.Original and return postage costs are not refuned unless there was a mistake in listing or item is faulty, in which case this is my mistake and all postage costs will be covered by me!!

5.Please use the ebay returns process as this covers us both
