Located just outside the fashionable and picturesque town of Faversham in Kent, we operate our retail outlet, customer services centre and warehouse from our large modern industrial premises.


Harnessing information technology to streamline our business has been fundamental to our success in keeping prices down and customer services up. Offering retail and internet sales in scuba & snorkeling equipment, camping equipment, swimwear, beachwear, skiwear and sports & fitness we hold massive stocks from all leading brands. Our teams in sales, warehousing, despatch and post sales are available to offer you great value for money and a level of expertise and customer service that few companies can equal.


We have a showroom, open to the public Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm (8.30pm on Thursday), 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Sunday. Customers can visit us here to view our vast range of equipment and travel accessories. You can come and try on the products and get professional advice from any of the qualified sales staff.

Shipping

We only ship orders to the UK. Deliveries to UK mainland address are FREE. If you require deliveries to other destinations please email our Customer Services team at customer.services@thesimplygroup.com to see whether we are able to assist with your request.


Items are typically shipped within two business days of payment being received.


Lighter items will be shipped using Royal Mail and larger or heavy items being shipped via courier. Shipment and tracking details (if applicable) will be emailed to you upon shipment as long as you provide your email address.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Simply Swim.


However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).


Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.
