TERMS

Payment

Please pay for all items within 48 hours.  If for any reason this is not possible please contact us through Ebay.  Our preferred method of payment is Paypal, however should you wish to pay by cheque please contact us for instructions.  Items will not be despatched until all funds are cleared.

Postage Discounts

Combined postage is available and will be applied automatically where multiple quantities of the same item are purchased.  If however you purchase different items please ‘Request Invoice Total’ at checkout, and we shall send the total through to you.  The maximum we will charge for postage is £6.99.

Despatch

All items are posted within 1 working day, and are generally posted the same day providing the order is received before 1pm on a weekday.  Standard delivery is second class postage, with the option of an upgrade to first class for an additional fee.  Should you require any other type of postage please contact us through Ebay messages. 

Postage Times

Royal Mail state that they expect items to be delivered second class within 3-5 working days , and first class 1-2 working days.  If for any reason your item does not arrive within the specified time please feel free to contact us.  Royal Mail do however state that they allow 15 working days for an item to be delivered in UK and will not consider it lost until this time period has lapsed.  For this reason, in the unlikely event that your item does not arrive we cannot issue a refund until 15 working days have passed following despatch.

Returns

If for any reason your item is unsuitable you may return it providing it is within 14 days of the item being despatched.  The cost of returning the item must be paid by the customer, and it is recommended that Proof of Posting is received, as we cannot be responsible for any lost returned items.  When the item is received and it is verified that it is in its original condition, the cost of the item will be refunded.  Only where the item is found to be faulty will the original cost of postage be refunded.
