All our items are in stock and are shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. If for any reason the item is not in stock we shall notify any purchaser within 24 hours of purchase. Orders received Monday to Friday before 3.00pm will usually be despatched the same day and normally arrive the next working day.
PLEASE NOTE: Any ceramic items ordered on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it's safe shipment to you. We charge a P&P fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. All our items are brand new and will arrive packed complete with the appropriate fittings. Buyers must insure that goods are signed for on delivery. Please check all goods upon arrival. Once goods are paid for you should expect delivery within the next 1 to 2 working days from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee what time your purchase is delivered. We can only guarantee which day the item is delivered. (SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS)

Once the goods are delivered and signed for, they become your responsibility. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted upon delivery of the consignment and reported within 48 hours either by telephone or email. We will then redeliver your goods immediately without any question at no additional cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you bought the item in error you have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days from date of delivery for a credit or refund. It is your responsibility to return any goods in pristine condition in its unopened, original box. You will be responsible for the cost of the return and the safe return of the goods. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, we reserve the right to arrange collection of the item from you and to charge you for such collection.

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault does occur we will try to replace any part(s) within 5 working days. If a part(s) cannot be replaced we shall endeavour to replace the purchased item with the same item or similar item (subject to stock).
We will pay any postage charges incurred for sending replacement part(s)or replacement item(s)due to any fault in manufacture to any UK mainland address.
We cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party costs or compensation in any way for damage to the item or any other goods during installation or delivery. We provide a full refund for items purchased within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied as long as the item has not been installed and is in a condition where it is resaleable.
A 20% handling charge will be deducted from your purchase price to cover eBay & other relevant fees. (Minimum charge of £10.00 applies).
Please make sure when returning any item(s) that the items in question are in the condition you received them in with its original box and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of any goods returned and is responsible for the goods to be returned safely and securely.
If any goods are returned without due care and damage is caused during transit, we will not be obliged to offer you a refund, so please ensure that the item is packaged securely so that no damage can occur.
