This set of combination spanners is from the expert range by Stanley. Made from tough chrome vanadium steel these should last, and are also resistant to corrosion. Each tool is clearly marked with size numbers for easy identification in your tool box or bag. These spanners also have Bi-hex 12 point rings with precisely broached Maxi Drive profile which helps increase the grip by up to four times.

Shipping

Your product will be packed and dispatched using a next day delivery service within 24 hours of full payment being received.


Collections are possible on orders over £200, please contact us by email (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) or phone (0161 702 6423).


We ship to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands. There are surcharges applicable on orders being sent to North of Scotland, and all offshore destinations.


If you are unsure if a surcharge is applicable or if you feel there is an error in the shipping costs, please contact us.


Smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail and larger items will be sent by courier and will require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in to accept your purchase, a card will be left and a second attempt to deliver will be made. If the driver is still unsuccessful, your item will be returned to ourselves and you can either pay for redelivery or we will send you a refund excluding the initial delivery charges.


Please ensure you leave a valid phone number so the courier can contact you in case of delivery issues.


If you know in advance that you will not be home, please contact us in advance (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) and we can make alternative arrangements with the courier.

Returns

You may return your product and you will be eligible for a full refund, provided you let us know by email to sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. We will respond to your email with return instructions.


Any items sent to us without prior notification confirmed by ourselves, will not be eligible for a refund.


You are responsible for the full cost of return. If you refuse delivery or send an item back with our courier, we will deduct the return delivery charge (usually significantly higher than original delivery charge) from your refund.


If an item is faulty, we will reimburse the return shipping charges up to the value of your original postage cost.


As all of our 99p start "auction items" are "ex display", we are unable to accept returns for these items unless it is significantly not as described or faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us by email (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) or via eBay within 48 hours of receipt.

Do you ship to Ireland?

Due to expensive shipping costs, we are unable to Ship outside of the UK. However we are constantly looking at new shipping options, so we are able to provide this service in the near future.


Do you combine shipping?
We do combine shipping, and the exact costs are displayed in the "Postage & Payments" section of the listing. When buying different products, please send an invoice request, so we can adjust your shipping manually.
