Welcome to Buyaparcel on eBay. We sell a good selection of our popular and new items from our vast inventory as well as special offers and clearance lines. Our products are very wide ranging – Tools, Plumbing, Showers, Garden products and many DIY and gift ideas for all occasions. We have a well-staffed distribution warehouse and telephone helpline in Lowestoft – all in place to help you and to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We want you to be pleased with our service. If you have any problems with your order, before you leave us feedback, we would like to hear from you so we can try and remedy any issues. We are an established business (originating from 1978) and we have been online as a separate entity since 2007 and therefore want to build a loyal customer base as opposed to many here today/gone tomorrow businesses.

Buyparcel Delivery Information

If you are unsure about our delivery arrangements, please call 0845 638 1331 (lo call) or 01502 527629 and we can clarify delivery methods, times and charges.

A major part of business is getting the parcels to our customers. We only use known carrier firms, Royal Mail, DPD, UK Mail and Palletways. Most of our services are tracked and insured except for some Royal Mail standard delivery services (see specific product listings for details).

The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. The only exception to this is items that are delivered on a palletised service which will have to be booked in with a member of Buyaparcel staff.

Orders are despatched from our warehouse via Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded or one of our couriers below, subject to stock availability and security checks. If your parcel is being delivered by one of our Couriers or by recorded post, it will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the driver will leave an information card.

You can track the progress of your parcel by the Track My Order link at the top of the page. If your goods have been sent by a trackable service you will be able to track your order stage by stage using the couriers online tracking system.

All small items under approx 1.5-2.0kg will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Post. Higher Value items will be sent recorded delivery. Delivery is normally within 1-2 days of despatch but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

All items in excess of 2.0kg and able to fit into a single box will be sent via DPD to the Uk and Ireland. On the morning of your delivery, an email and a text message (if mobile number provided) will be sent to you with a one hour delivery window.

If the date and time is not convenient, you can simply either text back or reply back via the website to choose the next convenient date.
Customers in delivery areas below will be subject to a surcharge of £6.50. Details of these are below:

Items that are of a fragile nature or multiple consignments will be sent via Business Post (UK Mail) on an overnight service. If delivery is missed then this will be sent back to your closest depot. Please check the Business Post site for your closet depot.

There will be the same surcharges apply as the DPD Zones 2 and 3.

Goods sent on a pallet will need to be signed for and are sent on a standard 2 day delivery service once this has been booked in by a member of our staff. Your order will NOT be shipped until we have got in touch with you to arrange a delivery date - please ensure you have a phone number stored on your eBay account or email us with this after purchasing to ensure your order isn't delayed. We will also attempt contact via email so please check your emails regularly until contact has been made to arrange the delivery date.  An overnight service is available for an additional £10. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful then there will be a redelivery charge of £10.00

• You may return an item for any reason within 14 working days of receiving the goods. We will not be held responsible for the method of postage used to return the goods or the payment of the transit back to us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable service to return any items, defective or otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in a resalable condition. In some circumstances we may also charge a minimum of a 15% restocking charge (this fee can vary  depending on the product). If for any reason we agree to collect goods from an agreed address, we cannot be held responsible for collection failures. In such an event, the customer must return the goods at their own cost regardless of the original reason for collection.
• If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, please contact us and we will arrange a collection. We will only cover your return postage costs if agreed prior to returning the goods. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided you retain a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
• When an item is returned to us from Royal Mail or our carriers because it was undelivered and arrangements were not made to redeliver or collect, we will resend the item when payment for the full cost of delivery is made. Our special offer delivery does not apply to redelivered goods.
• We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred during communication with Buyaparcel.com whether that communication be via telephone, e-mail or otherwise.
• All returns are subject to the goods being complete, unused and in a resalable condition. This includes the goods packaging.
• Any quoted delivery charges apply only to mainland UK addresses, excluding some areas of Scotland, Ireland and outlying islands. We reserve the right to charge additional postage for international delivery or to remote areas of the UK mainland. This is entirely at our discretion.
• We regret that we cannot refund incorrectly supplied goods if they are not returned in a resalable condition, with the original packaging. Customers are urged to check deliveries upon receipt.

• The owner of Buyaparel is Godfreys I.T. Ltd. whose head office address is 3-23 Suffolk Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 1DZ and as such, any content is covered under UK copyright and owned wholly by Godfreys IT Ltd.
• Godfreys I.T. Ltd. may be referred to as Buyaparcel.com or buyaparcel
• We can only combine postage on muliple item purchases if you request it before paying. eBay and our systems are highly automated and orders cannot be combined retrospectively. We will come back to you with a combined price in the form of an eBay invoice upon which you can pay by PayPal or credit or debit card over the phone. • By using Buyaparel you agree that e-mail is an acceptable form of long distance communication.
• We do not accept any responsibility for any loss of earnings, life, and damage to property or personal injury as a result of dealings with Buyaparcel.
• Orders can be paid for online using Paypal, or by telephone on 0845 638 1331. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• We will not pass any of the personal information that you give us to any third party. We shall process your order in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• When placing an order you must provide us with the correct billing address, telephone number and the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You must insure that you have the funds to complete the sale.
• Any incorrect or fictitious credit card and Paypal details entered on the site will result in a full investigation and possible prosecution.
• Placing an order with us and our carriers subsequently leaving with a neighbour or business nearby will be considered delivered by us and the buyer. We use mainstream carriers and this is now considered acceptable delivery practice.
  
• A confirmation e-mail is sent to you once the order has been placed. It is your duty to check that the particulars contained within that e-mail are correct. Godfreys I.T. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for erroneous information entered when you place your order.
• When registering with the site you must enter a suitable username and password. You are responsible for any actions undertaken using this user identification and you must take reasonable precautions to protect your password.
• Only the registered user can operate under a specific login.
• Should any of your personal details change, it is your duty to contact us as soon as possible.
• All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Shortages on orders and damage must be reported to us within 7 days of the goods being delivered. All pallet deliveries must be inspected on receipt of the order and reported immediately. If the goods are signed for clean then we will not be able to process a claim. If you are unable to check the goods immediately then the pallet must be signed for as unchecked. Any damages must then be reported within 24 hours. We are not obliged to fulfill any shortage on an order after 7 days. If any goods supplied are found to be defective or not as described, you must also report this within seven days.
• Buyaparcel.com does not take any responsibility for warranties on any goods advertised on our site.
• Once payment is taken for your order, title to any goods passes you along with any risk associated with those goods.
• Buyaparcel cannot be held responsible for negligence, failures or omissions of telecommunications or service providers.
