DESPACHING SCHEDULE
Delivery to UK and only to your registered Paypal address. Please make sure the address given is correct.
Despatch time : usually 1 working day after cleared payments. Goods are collected daily by our carriers (except weekends & Bank Holidays)

DELIVERIES.
Deliveries are done during working days only (not during weekends and bank holidays)
Once our parcels are in the hand of our carriers, the delivery schedule set by carriers are totally out of our control and may vary with destination, particularly during peak periods
If you have not received your goods within the time stated on your order, you must email us as soon as possible and our dedicated customer serivce will look into it for you.
All Carriers require a telephone number in order to contact the buyer in case of any un-foreseen delay. Parcels may be left at the buyer request in a pre-agreed ‘safe’ place. Goods left as such are at the buyer’s risk and we accept no liability for loss or damaged resulting from this.
If at the first attempted delivery, there is no one in to receive your goods or if the postcode / address are incorrect, carriers will charge an additional delivery fee to re-deliver. This fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

CARRIERS
We use Interlink, Hermes, FedEx, TNT or Royal Mail
Most of our express deliveries are done by Interlink who, on the expected delivery day, send a pre-advice email and/or text a few hours before the delivery to give the name of the driver and a 1 hour delivery window .
You can respond to this email and tell them if you will be in or not.
If you are not in, you can re-arrange the delivery day or collect from the Interlink local depot.
If you don’t respond to the email, the driver will attempt the delivery and leave a card if you are not in. You will need to follow the instruction given on the card.
