Goods Damaged in Transit :
The courier will ask you so sign that the goods are "Received in good condition". If the box or packaging looks damaged in any way please check good before signing paperwork. If the Box is damaged then sign for it as damaged .
If you are not entirely satisfied REFUSE DELIVERY!!
We are not covered by the insurance against any damage in transit if the paperwork has been signed as received in good condition.
ANY Damaged or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to follow the couriers insurance claim procedure.
If a Product is damaged We will need Photographs of the damaged box or product emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within the 24 hours of delivery. So we can sort out a replacement product or issue a full refund.
Damaged Chairs during warranty :
If due to a manufacturing fault- the 12 Months from date of purchase product guarantee (or as set by the manufacturer if longer) is in effect.
We Do NOT offer a Free on-site warranty maintenance service on our chairs
We will send out replacement parts free of charge for you to fit the parts or you can return the chair to us for repair.
If this is not possible, We can arrange to collect, repair and resend but we will charge £25 PER Chair to do this.

Carriage is for Mainland UK only (not Scottish Highlands)Contact us on or SALES@atlantisoffice.com for our up to date carriage costs to: Northern or Southern Ireland, Western Isles, Channel Island and Highland Addresses. We deliver Mon to Fri, between 8.00am - 6.00pm ; we require someone to sign for your goods at the delivery address. When making a payment please send your daytime telephone number, email address and required delivery address.
We will only refund or exchange items, which are damaged or have not been signed for as accepted. Please check the package and contents for damage before you sign the delivery note. Signing the delivery note signifies that you are satisfied with the package, it's condition and it's contents. ( Our couriers will not pay our insurance if it is signed for as undamaged) . All faults need to be reported within 3 days. When you assemble your product, If you are missing a part please contactSALES@atlantisoffice.com If you wish to return the product within 7 days for non-defective reasons (i.e. change of mind) then you may send it back to us at your cost, but it must in perfect condition and packed as supplied in full packaging in a resalable condition. Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected and a full refund excluding the shipping cost will be given.
