For all domestic United Kingdom (UK) and European Union (EU) sales prices and postage are inclusive of VAT at 20% (this excludes the Channel Islands). UK - normal 1st Class includes insurance upto £30.00 and is not tracked. 1st Class Recorded is fully insured and will require a signature on delivery.

EUROPEAN UNION (excluding Germany) - Economy is not insured or trackable and takes 2-3 weeks from despatch. International Signed For is fully insured, trackable and takes 1-2 weeks from despatch.

GERMANY - we now only use International Signed For (insured, tracked) for shipping to Germany. Orders to Germany cannot go via Economy, so please be aware of this before purchasing.

USA, CANADA, BRAZIL, SINGAPORE, HONG KONG, MALAYSIA - We have a special offer on reduced price AIRSURE for you. AIRSURE is insured, tracked and takes approx 2 weeks (the fastest and safest shipping option available). 

USA, CANADA - Economy is not insured or trackable and takes 4-6 weeks from despatch. International Signed For is fully insured, trackable and takes 3-4 weeks from despatch. Following a recent incident with an improvised explosive device on a US bound aircraft in November, all packages to the US (and passing via/through the US) are now subject to stricter screening by US authorities. Increased security measures enforced by the United States Department of Homeland Security means that mail entering the US from around the world and including the UK that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means including by land/surface and cargo planes. Both these have meant significant delays of 3-4 weeks in the delivery of incoming mail to the US, especially airmail parcels (this is the service we normally use for shipping).
