If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return the goods to us within 7 days and in the original condition and packaging. We will refund the FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT (Postage will not be refunded). Please e-mail us about the problem before you return it.

Shipping Policy

The item will be shipped to your PayPal address by Priority Airmail. According to quality standards (see below) most of the items will reach the recipient in the EU in 3 business days. Shipping to non-EU countries may take longer.

Quality standards for the delivery of international postal items sent between the European Union member countries

1. The posted postal items can reach the addressee faster than set in the quality standards for the delivery of postal items.
2. D+n;
2.1."D" represents the date of deposit, which means the same day as that on which the item is deposited, provided that deposit occurs before the last collection time notified from the access point to the network in question. When deposit takes place after this time limit, only the following date will be considered to be the day of deposit;
2.2."n" represents the number of working days from the date of deposit until the delivery of an item to the addressee.
3. Objective – a criterion showing that the indicated percentage of postal items (not less) must be delivered within the indicated number of working days.
4. Shipping to non-EU countries may take longer.

Combined shipping: first item - 0.99 GBP, 0.10 GBP for each additional. Purchases must be made within 7 days after first purchase. All purchases must be paid in ONE payment. Maximum shipping charge: 4.00 GBP. If the combined shipping cost is over 4.00 GBP, then only 4.00 GBP is charged.
