All Rugs are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) of receiving cleared payment. Rugs are dispatched with Royal Mail or Parcelforce and normally arrive in 2 days.
If you have a Safe Place where deliveries can be left include the note with your order or email us with after your order has been placed.
Orders going to the following postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail and normally arrive within 2-5 working days.

All IV, ZE, JE, GY, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-77, PH17-50, PO30-41 Postcodes. We reserve the right to use Royal Mail for other areas not covered by Parcelforce.
