Please contact us if the goods are damaged on delivery and we will arrange replacement. Please sign delivery notes 'damaged' unless you can check the item at the time. You will be required to submit photos of the damage so we can submit a claim to the carrier.this must be within 7 days of receiving the item.Or you can refuse delivery if the item is damaged and it will automatically be returned to us.
Returns for other reasons will be accepted subject to the following conditions:
