EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS: If you need to return your item, you MUST contact us via email within 14 days of receipt. You will then be required to return it to us NO LATER THAN 7 days thereafter. Postage costs are non-refundable.
All items MUST be returned to us UNWORN, UNMARKED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKAGING. We recommend that you try your item on over clothing to avoid marking.
Please note that if you require an exchange, you will be required to pay additional postage and packaging costs.
FAULTY ITEMS: In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item for either an exchange or refund.
Any postage costs incurred when returning a faulty item to us will be refunded to you.
Please take extra care when trying items on/taking them off as we will not permit exchanges or refunds when the item has been damaged by the customer (e.g. broken zips, hooks or pins, tears, stains or marks).
