OVERSEAS BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE:
Depending on which country you are from, we use either Airsure (confirmation of delivery online available to the USA, New Zealand and Europe only) or International signed for (signature obtained on delivery available worldwide). This is to reduce instances of parcels going missing or being damaged during long flights and being handled by many different agencies, and is based upon long experience of the vagaries of international shipping.
SAVING YOU MONEY:
We are always happy to combine purchases to reduce postage costs for buyers who buy more than one item. Please email us if you buy something and then want to bid on, or buy, another item finishing on a different day and would like us to package them together. We will automatically combine postage for items bought or won on the same day. Please remember there are some packing restrictions on overseas parcels, but we shall always try to combine where we can. We never seek to make any extra profit on postage and packing, and only add a nominal sum to cover the cost of packing materials.
SENDING THINGS YOUR WAY:
We always try to send items out withing three working days or receiving payment, often within one working day. If there will be a delay for any reason we will email the buyer and explain the reason. We will also give an estimate of the time the item should arrive based on the courier's estimate. If the item has not arrived during this time, please allow one week extra and then email us and we will look into the matter.
MAKING IT BETTER:
Unfortunately parcels do occasionally go missing in the post. We always keep a certificate of posting and make sure that the shipping costs include adequate insurance to cover the purchase price. If the item does go missing we will contact the courier and will obtain a full refund on the item once the courier has conducted their own search for the item and are certain it has been lost. We will pass money on to you as soon as it has been confirmed as missing by the courier. Please be patient if there is a delay in receiving an item, and be rest assured that we always do everything possible wihin our power to make sure your purchases arrive as soon as possible and in good condition.
