Perfect fit. I took my forks apart to clean and grease. It was easy with this tool, which I used first to undo the preload caps, then removed coil springs and then Allen bolts underneath. This tool is 3d printed, very well made and strong. Definitely recommend getting one, as water can collect inside and rust the downtubes. It was easier than I expected.

Watched some YouTube videos showing you how to disassemble Suntour suspension forks, clean and re-lube them. The guy in the video said you could find these tools on-line and they avoid butchering the plastic screw-in adjusters / caps if you try molegrips or similar. Works perfectly, pretty cheap and makes this bit of the job quicker and easier. If there is a right tool for the job it always makes sense to use it!

In order to service some Suntour Forks this tool is specifically made to remove a particular screwed in part which is made of plastic. If attempts are made to prise it open etc using steel screwdriver etc. the plastic would be easily damaged. This tool made the whole exercise straightforward and fitted perfectively. Strong item suitable for the job, worth the money. (Remember all cycle and sports items seem to be highly priced these days ) The work made easy having the correct tools.

No cons with this product, just used it to repair my seized forks and this was much more up to the job than the more expensive tool I acquired from Halfords. Yes, it's been made on a 3d printer but trust me when I say this item is bullet proof!.......I'm now toying around with the idea of a 3d printer😁
