A little bit about our T-shirts: Quality is of paramount importance to us. Unlike most T-shirt printers, we do not use cheap flimsy cotton T-shirts. We only use the best materials.

Hundreds of different T-shirt manufacturers exist, but not all T-shirts are made to the same quality standards. Manufacturers make a varying range of T-shirts from top quality thick cotton tees, to low cotton, ultra cheap, flimsy tees.

A picture of a cheap flimsy T-shirt will look very much the same as a picture of a premium grade T-shirt. Only the actual feel of the T-shirt will reveal the quality of the cotton used.

T-shirts are graded based on their cotton thickness and this is the important thing to remember. It’s pretty easy to get a good idea of the quality of the t-shirt once you know the cotton ‘gsm grade number’

Simply put, the higher the ‘gsm number’ the thicker the t-shirt.

We only use premium grade 185 GSM heavy cotton T-shirts and because of this, our Tees will never lose their shape or stretch during washing or wearing. Sure, you can get thicker shirts, but we have found that 185 GSM is the perfect quality, without it becoming too hot, sweaty and heavy for the wearer.

Most T-shirt printers tend to use very poor quality 110-120 gsm shirts because they’re very cheap and they don’t care too much about the product’s quality.

You should always be very wary of sellers who don’t list the gsm value or are unsure of it. Chances are that they’re likely to be selling ultra cheap cotton T-shirts. The gsm grade is one of the most important aspects to consider when buying a T-shirt. If they still don’t know after you have asked them, you should probably question their professionalism, as they really should know this simple fact.

A little bit about our vinyl decals: In keeping with our quality promise, we only use premium grade vinyl. This ensures that the designs will not crack or peel and they are able to stretch freely with the fabric as you wear them.

All of our designs are cut from large rolls of vinyl. Once the design has been cut into the surface of the vinyl, we begin the process of weeding. This involves removing the unwanted cut pieces of the decal one by one until it slowly reveals the finished design. Once this is complete we heat-press it onto the T-shirt.

Vinyl prints are superior to ink-based prints in many ways. They look more vibrant, they do not fade or discolour and they continue to look as good as the day you bought them, no matter how many times they’re worn or washed.
