Payments – always check for special notes at top of listing. Paypal preferred, with 48 hours please of auction ending, no sur-charges.  If you need longer .. ask.  Cheques OK, but have to clear + 7 days (again I had a cheque clear on my statement, only to be re-claimed by bank when sender was without funds.  If no payment / contact received within 4 days, items will be re-listed.  Overseas payments over £60 to non-confirmed addresses must be bank transfer, since I have been ripped after receiving money via Paypal, only to be re-claimed 3 months later as stolen card.  Please add £4 to cover bank charges.

Post & Packing – All items will be professionally packed, as I have all the facilities of a professional packing department, boxes, flowpak, bubble wrap, Jiffy bags etc.  I have never had package arrived damaged.  In case of fragile items (valves, amplifiers etc), double packed.  I usually ship Royal Mail (1^st or 2^nd) “signed for service” so if you are out, you can collect Post Office, also UPS carrier that also requires a signature for delivery.

Shipping – I generally ship twice a week, but where possible, I ship next day.  Occasionally there may be a delay of 3 days as I do travel in Europe on work, and if more than 3 days, I will let you know by email.

Valve equipment - Valve equipment contains dangerous high voltages (over 300VDC), please do not buy if you don’t how to use.  Much of it is over 30 or more years old and sold in condition as described in listing, but generally sold with no guarantees or warranty due to age, I offer full support where possible.

Feedback – I have always left feedback, but often people don’t for me, so in future, I will leave Feedback (I promise), when you have left feedback for me.  Hope you understand.

Returns – In principle I don’t do returns, if you don’t want, don’t bid please.  Should you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please email me first for agreement, if approved, refund will be less carriage and max 25% handling fee.

Item not as described – If you feel an item is not as described, please email me via Ebay or pitcher57@hotmail.com to find a solution acceptable to all.
