Paypal is our preferred option for payment. We need immediate payment for all our products, and cannot reserve any items. If, however, you do not have a Paypal account please contact us to arrange alternative payment. Orders received before 3pm GMT weekdays will be shipped sameday, both in the UK and internationally. After 3pm they will be shipped by 11am the following day. Orders received before 10am Saturday morning will be shipped by 12pm sameday. Orders received after 10.30am Saturday morning will be dispatched by 11am the following Monday.
All orders will be shipped to your Paypal address - it is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct prior to purchase - we will print the label exactly as it appears on Paypal.
All UK orders are sent First Class Recorded Delivery as standard, except some sale items, with a delivery time of 1-3 working days. Your individual tracking code can be sent to you if requested. If needed more quickly, please select 'Special Delivery' for next working day delivery. Orders using 'Special Delivery' purchased after 3pm will be handled the next working day. Please note, orders using the 'Special Delivery' option purchased on a Friday will not be delivered till the following Monday.
If you need your item by a specific date, e.g. as a birthday present, we recommend using 'Special Delivery'.
All European and International orders are sent Royal Airmail. Delivery times will vary depending on your international location, if you would like guidance please message us prior to ordering. Orders outside the EU will need to pass through the respective countries Customs and will be subject to respective duties. If your item uses the 'International Signed For' service we will email you the individual tracking number or upload it to eBay for you to view. If you are not there to receive your delivery, depending on your country's mail service, a card should be left at your address detailing how to have your item redelivered or picked up from a local mail depot.
As per the Royal Mail guidelines on lost or delayed packages, we cannot accept a claim for loss for your item using a domestic service unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (or 10 working days for Special Delivery items). For International items, we cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items posted Worldwide) have passed since the item was posted. Again, it is a condition of sale that you have read and fully understood this prior to purchase.

All purchases from 'Matchday Catwalk' are protected under 'Distance Buying Regulations' - this essentially allows you 7 days from the day after you receive the item to change your mind. We are happy to accept items back for a full refund - minus P&P - as long as all tags remain attached and the item remains in a resaleable condition. Please take extra care when packing the item for return - folding clothes neatly.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund once we have received the item back (though typically your refund will be processed within 24 hours). We hand check every item - any disputes over condition will be raised immediately.
We will not cover the cost of you returning the item back to us and responsibility remains with the buyer until we have received the item. We recommend a secure service covering the full cost of the item for returns. Any items lost in the post on return will remain solely your responsibility. Please note, if sending back footwear please take extra care that the box isn't damaged.
Please contact us if you would like to return your item by opening a 'Return Request' via eBay - we will not accept back items without prior contact.

We cannot, however, be responsible for the individual settings on your computer monitor or smart phones - if you are unsure over a colour, please message us with the query prior to purchasing an item!
