We do not offer refunds on any item unless grossly misrepresented (not as described), basically if it was a mistake by us we’ll pick up everything including shipping. Bottom line, we want you happy! If items are as described we will give Merchandise Credit in most cases this will be minus packaging & shipping, where shipping is paid by buyer (note shipping and handling costs are not retrievable and we are therefore unable to refund shipping costs ) and actual cost of packaging and shipping deducted from credit to be given when shipping is borne by us. Also a minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied. Restocking fees may be higher for certain items and all Ebay fees will be recovered. If any customs or import duty charges are incurred they too will be deducted (receipt will be provided in this case) Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and Return of Merchandise Authorization must be obtained before sending back any item. Item Condition: should be returned brand new unused in opened box with all original materials. Once we acknowledge your return and provide any additional instructions package properly and (if the item is to be returned) and ship immediately so that we can draw the connection between your request for a return and the package that eventually arrives. Whenever possible, include a printout of the auction listing in question along with a note on why you’re making the return—item is defective, wrong size, wasn’t what was expected, etc. Between return shipping and time for us to receive and identify the item as having come from you, it can take from days to even a week or two for us to begin the refund or reshipment process. If a refund is in the works, the process of crediting funds back to you or mailing a check can add another several days or even a week to the process.
