We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
 
Payment terms are cash, paypal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
 
Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.

You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

Quality piece of kit, I was between this or the Aldi whacker plate but I’m glad I went for this, it needed oil before starting it as the oil sensor wasn’t registering any oil inside for it to start ( if yours isn’t starting this is probably why) the wheels are handy for getting it where you need to although they do fall down when using it so you’ll need to modify the catch the keep hold of the wheels, overall I’m pretty happy with this for the price, also arrived super fast next day delivery ��

this is about the 6th or 7th one of these ive had over the years,they are a great little whacker the only thing you have to be awhere of is there are a certain few nuts/bolts that always work loose to start off with but once through this stage its no more problems,ie exhaust bolts on cage and centrafugal cluch pully bolt being a couple of the usual ones.
